Continuing to shout out our incredible team members in honor of winning the Inc. Magazine 2021 Best Workplaces recognition.

Heather Peterson joined our team as a conversational designer. Sorting out creative execution in a sophisticated technology like Voice can be a sink or swim scenario. Heather shined in her ability to understand the value of Voice, and meet the challenge of how to write for it.

She then evolved into strategy and account management, while maintaining a creative lens on everything she does. Our work and our client relationships are a reflection of our team. Having someone as dynamic as Heather on the team instills confidence in both our clients and other team members.
