We were recently invited to speak with several agencies in Australia and New Zealand. Pre Covid we would have loved to have traveled out for this session but it was exciting to speak with large and small agencies in the region who are working on building up the voice community there. 

We discussed how we take a voice project and turn it into a scalable voice program. In the process, we covered our approach on prospecting, ideation, building, iteration, and on-going engagement.
